Abstract: In compliance with the Endangered Species Act, the MMS and other Federal agencies (FWS, National Marine Fisheries Service, etc) will analyze and evaluate the information and data collected under these NTLs to better evaluate the potential impacts to protected species and to plan operation in a manner that will reduce and/or avoid adverse impacts to protected species in the OCS.
