Terms of Clearance: Approved with change-- INS made non-substantive typographical changes to the form and added the OMB expiration date. It should be noted that INS initially requested permission to not display the expiration date. Abstract: The ABC Change of Address Form (Form I-855) is mandated by the American Baptist Churcahse v. Thornbrgh, 760 F. Supp. 796 (N.D. Cal. 1991) This form will be used by class members to inform the INS of address changes. It contains prompts for recording sufficient identifying information to update INS computer data- bases.
