Abstract: The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Act, Public Law 93-288, as amended authorizes training programs for emergency mitigation, preparedness, and response and recovery, This information collection is needed to provide quantified data for the Government Performance and Results Act for FEMA accomplishing its' mission, and to provide stimulus for improving training courses. The survey asks participants to describe the benefits of training received and to describe any difference in course materials or instruction that would have the training more use- ful.
