This study is in support of rulemaking
requiring tire pressure monitoring systems on all new vehicles by
November 2003. Respondents are motor vehicle operators. The data
gathered from this study will be used to develop the final
requirements for tire pressure monitoring systems on new motor
vehicles.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
