Abstract: Requests to Non-Agreement States for information (one-time or as- neede) to respond to a specific incident, to gather information on licensing and inspection practices, and other technical statistical information. These information requests will pri- marily refer to naturally occurring and accelerator-produced radioactive materials which may be subject to State regulations because they do not come under the purview of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended.
