will work on development of an e-signature option for this package
by the time of the next clearance. Also, by 2005, ED will eliminate
the Campus-Based ID from the FISAP form, and require respondents to
report a single numeric identifier-- the RID. Because ED will have
the capability to crosswalk that RID with both the DUNS and the
OPE-ID, it will only need to collect the RID on future FSA forms
related to Title IV. ED will complete this effort by FY 07 so that
all FSA forms related to Ti tle IV seek a single numeric
identifier.

This application data will be used to
compute the amount of funds needed by each school for the 2004-2005
award year. The Fiscal Operations Report data will be used to
assess program effectiveness, account for funds expended during the
2002-2003 award year, and as part of the school funding process.
The Reallocation form is part of the FISAP on the web. Schools will
use it in the summer to return unexpended funds for 2002-2003 and
request supplemental FWS funds for 2003-2004.
