Abstract: In accordance with provision Title II of Public Law 97-293, and regulations 43 CFR Part 426, this information collection requires certain entity landholders and trusts to complete forms at Re- clamation's discretion in order to determin the following: (1) Whether an entity landholder that is not submitting PRA forms (a) is, in fact, a limited recipient required to submit PRA forms and (b) is remitting the appropriate rate for Reclamation irrigation water deliveries
