Abstract: The NSPS affects owners and operators of nonmetallic mineral processing plants. Owners and operators must conduct initial performance tests and comply with an opacity and mass particu- late standard. In addition, each owner or operators must comply with the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the NSPS.
