In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three
years. Before the next request for approval, the agency should
consider revising the information collection process to collect
information on the AD-1026 that does not require review of the
AD-1026A electronically (i.e., questions 7-13.) Despite low volume,
the agency should also consider allowing respondents to request
exemptions (1026B and 1026C), economic hardship determinations
(1026D) and good faith determinations (1068 and 1069) through
electronic means._The information required on these forms is
similar (i.e., producer information) and only differs in terms of
the type of request.
