collect data relevant to this information collection, it will
provide OMB with its reasons for such a determination upon
resubmission.

The Migrant Education Program (MEP)
Consorium Incentive Grant Program provides grants to state
educational agencies that participate in consortium arrangements
with another State or other appropriate entity that reduces the
administrative costs associated with operating the MEP and to
improve the delivery of services to migratory children whose
education is interrupted.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
