and develop and submit accompanying instructions to OMB. The agency

The Trade Act of 2002 (PL 107-210)
established a TAA program for farmers for FY 2003-2007 and
appropriated $90 million annually. An information collection is
required in a petition for certification of eligibility for TAA and
in an application for TAA benefits.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
