Abstract: The Customs Declaration, CBP Form 6059-B, facilitates the clearance of persons and their goods arriving in the U.S. by requiring basic information necessary for CBP to determine enforcement of all applicable laws and regulations. Agricultural laws have required CBP to add "vegetables" and "seeds" to this form.
