This request is approved under condition that Treasury add language to the initial letter sent to the potential respondents to comply with 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3). The language provided to OMB by Carolyn Talley to comply with this requirement does not include language regarding the need to display a currently valid OMB control number. Accordingly, the language should be amended to add after the sentence ending in "currently valid OMB control number." the following sentence: "Without the approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act indicated by assignment of this control number, we would not be allowed to conduct this survey."
