This collection
is approved for six months. OPIC did not respond to the Terms of
Clearance on the two previous ICRs for this OMB Control Number, did
not published the correct Federal Register notices for a normal
review, and had numerous errors in its submission. In addition, the
agency states that the burden of this collection is only seven
hours, it is clear that the submission is not intended to cover the
burden associated with question 11, additional information on
environmental effects, worker safety, economic effects, and
developmental effects. Because this collection is conducted
entirely on paper, and OPIC has not estimated nonlabor costs, as a
start on this estimation, a cost burden of $3,000 is entered for
this collection based on postage of $10 and $10 for recordkeeping
per collection.
