As per the
response in supporting statement question 3, since the Department
required in 2001 that all institutions submit their rates
electronically, OMB expects that 100% of rates will be collected
electronically, and not 33% as stated on the 83-I. Also, in the
future, titles of paperwork submissions should not state that the
package contains "regulations" for review, as this is unclear and
incorrect.

The SRK requires institutons that
participate in any program under Title IV of the HEA to make
available to students and prospective student-athletes and their
prents, high school coaches and high school counselors the
aforementioned graduation rates as well as enrollment data and the
graduation rates of student athletes, by race, gender, and
sport.
