Abstract: This information collection request (ICR) is related to a final rule establishes notification procedures for certified lead abatement professionals conductng lead-based paint abatement activities, and accredited training programs providing lead-based paint activities courses. These notification requirements are necessary to provide EPA compliance monitoring and enforcement personnel with information necessary to track compliance activi- ties and to prioritize inspections. This ICR will serve as as addendum to the existing ICR, and will be incorporated into the existing ICR when the Agency seeks the renewed of that ICR in 04.
