This project will examine the
relationship between job stressors and depression in working women.
In addition, the moderating effects of specific workplace policies,
practices, and proecedures which may attenuate the effects of job
stressors on depression will also be investigated. Study
participants will be approximately 2000 women and 500 men in
administrative services and support jobs across a variety of
industries.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
