Abstract: Law provides for pooling tobacco of a farm from which an owner is displaced because of eminent domain acquisition of the land. Forms establish a record of the pooled tobacco and its transfer to other land. Also farmers can request P&CP credit to protect tobacco in case of natural disaster.
