Abstract: This is a reques, made by National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Disease of the National Institutes of Health, that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, a three year generic clearance for the NIDDK to conduct evaluation studies related to the National Diabetes Education Program.
