Abstract: The information collected will be used to prescreen applicants in order to expedite U.S. citizens seeking admission to the Washington/Dulles International Airport arriving from London/Heathrow Airport. This form facilitates biometric Customs and Border Protection checks for a large percentage of enrolled travelers and enables direct transfer of arriving passengers to connecting flights.
