Abstract: Several industry trade associations and EPA have jointly develop- ed a standardized cover sheet for voluntary use by industry as a first step to an electronic future and to help familiarize companies with standard requirements and concepts of electronic transfer. The cover sheet is designed for voluntary use in the submission of information under TSCA Section 4, 8(d), and 8(e).
