Abstract: The You Can! Campaign is an outreach campaign designed to increase the number of older Americans who stay active and healthy. AoA will accomplish this goal by mobilizing communities through partnerships with other organizations. Together AoA and its partners will create public awareness and make programs available to help older Americans improve their nutrition and increase their physical activity.
