Abstract: The Great Lakes Pilotage Act of 1960 authorizes the Director of the Great Lakes Pilotage to prescribe a uniform system of account to perform audits and inspections of Great Lakes pilot associa- tions. The information is used to carry out financial oversight and set rates.
