collection provisions of the final rule covered by this ICR do not
take effect until 2007. Therefore, OMB does not approve the
collection of this information at this time, but requests that the
agency include these provisions in its ICR for renewal of this OMB
Control Number and include (as was provided here) a breakout of
what burden and regulatory provisions take effect during which
years for the entire package.
