HUD plans to
allow on-line response to this grants competition by FY 2005. In
the course of automating completing these forms, HU D should
rethink the collection of this information with a view t o reducing
the burden on respondents and streamlining the process ing of the
information within HUD. The results of this rethinking of the
collection burden and the possible streamlining of the pr ocess
should appear in the first submission after these forms are
automated. Any changes to the forms and their processing should be
identified.
