For the next submission of this information collection after 6/05, the FTC shall, based on the experience with this collection: (1) review the current estim ate of the average burden of 18 minutes per identity theft report; (2) review the current estimate that 60% of all such reports are collected electronically; and (3) report on practical and appropriately confidential ways to encourage electronic collection, not just allow it.
