Short Statement: There are no program changes; this is a request for renewed OMB clearance on a rule that became final in 2004. Increased estimates of burden hours from the FTC’s prior clearance request are due to an increase in staff’s estimate of the time required for an identity theft victim to file a law enforcement report (added entry fields)with a law enforcement agency.
