Abstract: This on-line survey is part of the surveying of Marshall Space Flight Center devoted to a sample of contractor personnel. The survey for contractor personnel is designed to measure most of the typical elements of organizational climate (e.g., management and leadership effectiveness, friendliness, employee participation, etc.)
