In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three
years. However, the performance evaluations for buyer alerts and
trade leads are not approved until the agency provides to OMB a
full and complete description of how the agencies will use these
information collections to evaluate their programs. The agency
should also explain whether these evaluations will be performed for
countries/regions or whether the information will be aggregated to
produce a measure for the program as a whole. Finally, the agency
should provide to OMB any material that will be sent to respondents
to encourage their participation in the evaluation.
