Although RSA has
made progress in collecting and cleaning data received from the RSA
911, it has yet to make significant progress in publishing its
Annual Report in a timely manner. One of the main justifications
for collecting this information is to meet Congressional statute to
produce an annual report. Therefore, OMB clears this data
collection instrument for one year. OMB will extend clearance if
RSA publishes the 2001 Annual Report by November 1, 2004; 2003 by
March 15, 2005; and the 2004 Report by September 2005 as agreed
upon by RSA.
