UnderRM96-1-024 (NOPR) natural gas pipelines will be required to modify electronic communication standards and adopt standards that facilitate partia day recalls. FERC proposes to adopt Version 1.6 of the consensus standards develped by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant of the North American Energy Standards Board. Adoption of these standards will help continue the process of implementing Order No. 637, updating and improving current standards dealing with operational balancing agreements, im- balance netting and trading.
