Abstract: MMS uses this information to determine whether the lessee has correctly classified an oil or gas reservoir. This is an essential control mechanism which MMS uses to regulate pro- duction rates from each sensitive reservoir being actively produced. Respondents are OCS Federal oil and Gas and sulphur lessees.
