In the future,
ETA is reminded to seek approval for revisions to all applicable
information collections, including associated guidance and
instructions, prior to distribution and use. ETA is also reminded
the public protection clause of the PRA prevents any penalties on
entities not completing information collections revised without
approval under the PRA. ETA will complete full public comment
processes prior to the next approval in six months and will report
back on the terms of clearance related to grants streamlining and
e-grants detailed in the last full clearance of this
collection.

ETA is requesting OMB emergency
clearance approval to revise planning guidance, continue the
collection of annual grant plan narrative and annual performance
report as requirements for receiving workforce information core
products and services reimbursable grants.
