reduction requested by DOL is not approved at this time. If OSHA
believes that this is a usual and customary activity for employers,
it should revise its standards to delete the requirement.

powered platforms receive uniform and comprehensive instruction and
information in the operation, safe use, and inspection of this
equipment.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
