Abstract: NMFS is requesting approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the collection of information on crab landing reporting for the Crab Rationalization Program. This data collection would require persons harvesting or processing of crab managed under the CR Program to submit information on all retained crab catch so that it may be debited from the appropriate IFQ, IPQ, CDQ, or Adak account to ensure that quotas are not exceeded. Additionally, each eligible crab community orgnization must submit a complete annual report on its CR crab activity for the prior crab fishing year for each eligible .....
