June, 2005. ETA is reminded this program is committed to
implementation of the Common Measures for job training programs
starting in PY 2005, which begins July 1, 2005. ETA must therefore
revise this collection to incorporate those measures and resubmit
to OMB by that deadline.

This collection of information relates
to the operation of employment and training programs for Migrant
and Seasonal Farmworkers under title I, section 167 of the
Workforce Investment Act (WIA). It also contains the basis of the
new performance standards system for WIA section 167 grantees. The
burden estimates for this collection include the Adult Services
Program authorized under section 167.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
