Approved consistent with the following terms: 1) With this action OMB approves the overall generic process as well as the 11 individual tasks submitted to OMB as attachments to this generic package for three years 2) the process for clearing all other individual packages under this generic clearance shall be as follows (a) Individual requests clearly outlining the purpose, methodology, and relationship to the overall generic clearance must be submitted to OMB and receive OMB clearance prior to implementation, these submissions should include a running tally of the total hours in use under the generic clearance. If, approved those individual approvals will expire, at the latest, when this generic expires. (b) When NSF seeks to add additional tasks to 3145-0136 which would influence the requested burden total the additional request will be accompanied by an, 83-C burden change sheet so that the appropriate burden total for the generic clearance can be changed accordingly. (c) Submission of individual task under this clearance shall be submitted to OMB through the docket library and OMB will attempt to provide comments within 10 days of official receipt. (2) NSF will include as part of the race ethnicity reporting for all relevant collections a category entitled "more than one race reported", not "more than one race."
