Abstract: The QTV Program is a voluntary audit and verification service using science-based techniques that help maintain public confidence in the wholesomeness of minimally processed (fruits and vegetables that have been freshly cut, washed, packaged, and maintained with refrigeration.) The data collected is used by USDA/AMD for the administration of its QTV Program.
