Abstract: The annual certification is used to ensure that central nonprofit agencies designated by the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severly Disabled are meeting the requirements set forth in the Committee's regulations and to ensure that the Committee has the data necessary to measure progress in meeting the goals laid out in its strategic plan for Fiscal Years 2005-2007.
