According to laws and regulations, any
person who exports defense technical data or furnishes a defense
serivce, and that export is made using an exemptin, and a U.S.
port, that person must report that actual export directly to the
Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, Depatment of State, prior to
the export. Form DS-4071 will allow the exporter tosubmit this
information electronically.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
