Each owner or operator of a source affected by the NSPS is required to submit a siting analysis and waste management plan, maintain opeator training and qualification records, perform testing and monitoring, submit one-time and period reports, and maintain records. However, no new OSWI units are expected to be constructed or operated, so there will be no annual burden.
