The regulations at 41 CFR 51 require
that nonprofit agencies participating in the JWOD Program record
all direct labor hours performed by each worker, and for those who
are blind or severely disabled, maintain files documenting their
disability and capacity for competitive employment. In addition,
nonprofit agencies must keep records that track direct labor or
revenues for products or services sold through a JWOD Program
contract.
