With passage of PL. 107-288, the Jobs
for Veterans Act of 2002, VETS no longer require states to submit
the VETS 300 Cost Accounting Report. The Manager's Report and
SF-269A is still required for VETS to meet the requirements of
Title 38 U.S.C.
