Abstract: The information contained in the Consolidated Annual Performance Report for Vocational Technical Education is needed to monitor State performance of the activities and services funded under the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Technical Education Act of 1998. The respondents include eligible agencies in 54 states and insular areas. This revision clarifies instructions and definitions and eliminates the collection of some data elements.
