In RM96-1-026(Final Rule) natural gas
pipelines willbe required to modify electronic communication
standards and adopt the most recent version, Version 1.7 of the
consensus standards created by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant (WGC) of
the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESE).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
