Abstract: CMS needs the audited financial information to establish the on-going fiscal soundness of the Medicare Advantage Organizations. The informaiton will be used by CMS to insure the organizations are maintaining at least the minimum financial performance in oder to remain a going concern. The respondents are the Medicare Advantage Organizations contracting with CMS.
