Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved. The reporting and record keeping requirements satisfy the requirements of 5 CFR 1320. However, there appear to be minor inconsistencies between the burden reduction calculations and the documentation explaining them. EPA should expeditiously reconcile these inconsistencies and submit either corrected documentation, or a change worksheet to correct the burden estimate, or both. OMB does not anticipate that these adjustments will change the burden reduction estimate by more than a few percent.
