The FCC issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order wherein the Commission grants in part and otherwise denies a petition for reconsideration of the final rules concerning licensed use of the milimeter wave spectrum in the 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz bands. This action is intended to promote the private sector development and use of these bands.
