Abstract: Part of this information is used to ensure contractor compliance with restrictions on the acquisiton of foreign products. Other information is required to enable compliance with our trade agreements and memoranda of understanding, which promote reciprocal trade with our allies. DoD also provides information to the Department of Commerce with regard to identification of expenditures in the United States. Other information assists DoD in its efforts to prevent incidents of trafficking in persons in DoD contracts.
