Abstract: This rule enforces MSHA's existing health and safety training regulations in 30 CFR part 48 by establishing training requirements in 30 CFR part 46 for shell dredging, sand, gravel, surface stone, surface clay, colloidal phosphate, and surface limestonce mines.
